Hello Everyone! Welcome to our website.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Smart Farmer. I love to stand back and watch how your farm works and I'm quick with my clipboard and red pen to help you find better ways to do what you are doing.

I am super excited to finally be launching my website! I now have a wonderful place to keep all my thoughts and resources in one place and neatly organized. We are also no longer limited to just Facebook users. If you are on Facebook, our group is a very vibrant community and you should come check us out.

The other really exciting thing is that I can collect, store and harness data. What does this mean? Think about themed events. With the raw data, I can make a nice picture of all the tasks or make it so that only the level you are interested in is displayed. There is future potential to not only tell you the tasks, but also how long they will take YOU to finish based on your farm. Or think about fishing... select a rod size and it will tell you your chances of catching a 2 fillet or 2 fillet Mahi Mahi... I like data. I like the power that processing and controlling that data gives me. The only problem with data is that it is slow, but I don't mind trading a little speed for a good foundation with unlimited potential.

I also took all of Jon's ideas for describing a co-op and built a listing. Head over there and enter your co-op or if you are looking for a new home, browse the listings. The encouraging thing is that if you are a relaxed co-op, you are only competing with other relaxed co-ops for farmers looking for relaxed co-ops.

And let's not forget the Forum. A great place to hang out and chat.

You are here because you want to grow.  Whether you tend your small plot or desire to be a mega farm, play for relaxation, personal challenge, socialization and/or to help others, there's something here for you.

The website is new. It will be a journey. It is a labor of love. It will take some time to build up all the resources, but I am happy that you are here to enjoy the ride with me. I'm hoping to teach some basics and give you the resources to build and farm well.  Then we can explore goals and strategies that you can choose and some of the social aspect as we explore leadership and co-ops. 

The intention of this site is to help you farm effectively and efficiently to get the most joy and satisfaction you can out of our community, effort, investments and time. Start by checking out the blog, basic game tips, resources, and the home page for the game plan. Please share this site with your friends.

This is a place where all farmers are respected.  Please be kind and courteous with your words.  Let's see the value in different opinions and learn from them.  Rude or threatening farmers will be removed.

Become a member to get chat in the forum (can read without), list a co-op, and in the future, customize the articles to your farm.
