You get a limited number of videos to skip the recharge time on market contracts.  Sometimes, your option to watch a video to skip the wait time disappears a little too quickly.  Try selecting some other contracts and then coming back to the one you want.  Sometimes, the video skip option will show up again.  Or, leave your market and then come back.
