I am level 92, and was wondering about having another manu or more meadows to keep up with cafe. Right now its easy because of the Hot chocolates, but after that ends goes back to normal cafe recipes??

Missing details - 2 level 7 meadows, 1 level 7 manu.
Ok. Apples 6x per day, almonds 3x per day and pigs tons gives me an idea of how active you are. I have 1 meadow and 1 level 3 manu, which sits empty half the time. One trick to the cafe set up is to use honey (around 100) to get half of your customer satisfaction in a day. 200 honey will get you 40 mallets from glazed fish. 100 honey will get you 15 from the cafe. Not as good, but it frees up about 12 hours of meadow time, equal to citrus and citrus oil for approx 32 mallets per day from sushi. (Sum total of 47 mallets from 100 honey because you can make citrus oil for sushi) With 1 meadow, you are looking at 13 hours for half of the cafe satisfaction and the balance will make 36 mallet from sushi. 101 honey will get you the last satisfaction for the 15 mallets. This has your manu running 6 hours/day on cafe and 8 hours per day on citrus. With your other meadow, you can grow citrus 24/7, but you 10 hours of manu time means you can only process 5 of 8 possible batches of citrus oil; still enough for 48 mallets from sushi.
I would recommend growing everything you need for you cafe. It will take 11 hours per day with both meadows. The easiest way to do this is citrus over night, olives or lavender in the morning and the other crops to balance out the day. If you barn is full, grow and process citrus. Make lasagna over sweet scented oil. (More efficient and less time). You will have enough capacity to process (make sushi supplies) 3-4 Mahi fillets in a day. All of your honey goes to glazed fish. If you do 400 honey per day, that's 175 mallets per day average.
You might have to spend slightly more time on the cafe at the beginning as you mature your recipes, but once they are maxed, you are golden. Unless you have 60 Mahi fillets and the stash keeps growing, more processing capacity would be hard to keep up with (lots of fishing). You also have the option of using 150 honey on the cafe each day and process 5-6 Mahi fillets per day.
